1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or accessing our IPTV service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Your Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree not to share, redistribute, resell, or publicly perform the content provided through our service. Each subscription is for a single user on a limited number of devices as specified in your plan.

3. Payment & Billing

All fees for our service are due in advance of the subscription period. Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. We will send a reminder before your plan expires. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is current and valid.

4. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content provided by our IPTV service for your personal, non-commercial use only, for the duration of your paid subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to live channels, VOD, logos, and trademarks, are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the content provided.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms of Service, engage in illegal activities, or fail to make payment. No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to a breach of terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability for any damages arising from your use of the service is limited to the total amount you paid to us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website or by sending an email. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
