Refund Policy

Understand when and how you can request a refund for your IPTV subscription.

1. Eligible for Refund

We will issue a refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Your IPTV service is genuinely not working.
  • The support team has not responded within 24 hours of your request.
  • The service remains non-functional for at least 3 consecutive days without resolution.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Contact our support via WhatsApp or Email detailing your issue.
  2. If no response within 24 hours, send a follow-up request.
  3. If still unresolved after 3 days, email help@iptv-britishiptv.com with “Refund Request” in the subject.

3. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Exclusions & Non-Refundable Cases

We do not refund in cases where the problem is on the client’s side, including but not limited to:

  • Your IP address is blocked or blacklisted.
  • Your device is not compatible or is an outdated model.
  • You changed your mind or no longer wish to use the service.
  • Issues caused by external network or hardware problems.
